Medford Affordable Housing Lottery: 2 Ownership Opportunities

The deadline to apply is July 7.

MEDFORD, MA — There are two affordable homeownership units being built at SYNC 240, 240 Salem Street in Medford.

The homes will be sold to households with incomes at or below 80 percent of the area median income. Units offer natural wood flooring, up to nine-foot ceilings and kitchens with high-end countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The building has a resident lounge, elevator, professionally landscaped courtyards, 24-hour fitness center and is within walking distance of various restaurants and shops.

Ordinary domestic pets allowed. The homes come with parking spaces.

Maximum Household Income Limits: $70,750 (1 person), $80,850 (2 people), $90,950 (3 people), $101,050 (4 people)

Maximum Household Asset Limit: $75,000

Completed applications and required income documentation must be received, or postmarked, by 2 p.m. on July 7. Applications postmarked by the deadline must be received within five business days.
