Medford's 'Big Sweep' Starts April 20: See The Schedule

See when your road is scheduled to be swept to avoid getting ticketed or towed.

MEDFORD, MA — Medford's spring "Big Sweep" – the bi-annual sweeping of side streets – will begin April 20. Roads will be swept during the work week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Cars parked in locations marked for street sweeping will be subject to enforcement, including ticketing and towing.

Residents are also asked not to push leaves into the street. Yard waste removal must be done through Waste Management.

In the event of severe weather, streets may be rescheduled to the end of the regular "Big Sweep" schedule.
