Medford Chief Advises Seniors on Avoiding Scams
The presentation is part of the Middlesex Sheriff's Office L.E.A.R.N. Program.

MEDFORD, MA -Â Middlesex Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian and Medford Police Chief Leo Sacco will meet with local seniors at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, at the Medford Senior Center (101 Riverside Avenue) to discuss ways residents can protect themselves from existing and emerging scams.
The presentation is part of the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office L.E.A.R.N. (Law Enforcement And Residents Networking) Program. The L.E.A.R.N. program is focused on educating and informing the public through collaboration with local and regional law enforcement agencies. The events include a formal presentation and opportunities for community members to engage in dialogue around public safety matters.
