MEDFORD, MA — Medford middle schoolers will start returning to in-person learning four days a week in mid-April, McGlynn Middle School Principal Nick Tucci said Friday. Students learning on the hybrid plan will be in class Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesday used as a remote learning day.

This schedule will start the week of April 12. After two weeks, starting April 26, the schedules will transition to in-person learning five days per week. Students who opted for the remote learning program will remain remote for the rest of the school year.

Students on the hybrid plan must report to in-person instruction on their assigned days, unless they are experiencing COVID-related symptoms.
