Medford Rape, Dangerous Weapons and Heroin: Police Log

MEDFORD, MA - The following information is derived solely from Medford Police Department records. These charges do not imply convictions.

Benjamin King, 29, of 344 Riverside Rd., arrested July 11 at 5:42 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace.

Mark Robinson, 36, of 35 Henry St. and charged with destruction of property over $250.

A 17-year –old, of Medford, was arrested July 11 at 7:41 p.m. and charged with destruction of property over $250.

Ryan Baker, 32, of 52 Cleveland St., was arrested July 12 at 10:40 a.m. on a warrant charge.

Jaconias DaSilva, 30, of 80 Irving St., Everett, was arrested July 12 at 6:41 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Joseph Squillante, 47, of 13 Doane Rd., was arrested July 13 at 9:21 a.m. on a warrant charge.

Samuel Karis, 19, of 287 Main St., was arrested July 13 at 2:27 p.m. on a warrant charge.

Keith McCarthy, 34, of 426 Main St., Stoneham, was arrested July 13 at 4:11 p.m. and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon.

William Severino, 32, of 99 Riverside Ave., was arrested July 13 at 4:47 p.m. at 55 Riverside Avenue on warrant charges.

John Lubanski, 45, of 198 Vine St., Everett, was arrested July 14 at 11:46 a.m. and charged with destruction of property under $250 and car break-in.

Cristian Mejias, 29, of 5 Lenox St., Lowell, was arrested July 14 at 3:03 p.m. at 83 Central Ave. and charged with possession of a class A drug, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, furnishing a false name and operating a motor vehicle while refusing to identify self and forging an RMV document.

Philip Clark, 22, of 73 Warren Ave., Chelsea, was arrested July 16 at 12:41 p.m. and charged with rape, assault to rape and assault and battery.

David Cuzziere, 29, of 44 Warren St., arrested on Woburn Street July 16 at 4:29 p.m. on warrant charges.

Damon Burns, 30, of 130 Woburn St., arrested on Woburn Street July 16 at 4:29 p.m. and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
