Medford Residents' Bagel Shop To Open Next Month
Goldilox Bagels is coming to the former Stone and Skillet space on Winthrop Street.
MEDFORD, MA — A married couple from Medford is opening a bagel shop right around the corner from their home. Ed Thill and Lindsey Gaudet are bringing Goldilox Bagels to 186 Winthrop St., the former location of Stone and Skillet.
The shop, first announced last fall, is expected to open in mid-September, Thill and Gaudet told the Medford Transcript. It will serve plain, sesame, salt, rosemary salt, everything, poppy, garlic, cinnamon sugar and gluten-free bagels, as well as tea, coffee, cookies and sandwiches, the Transcript reported.
The shop's hours will be 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday to Friday and 8 a.m.-3 p.m. on weekends. It will be closed Monday and Tuesday.
