MEDFORD, MA — The city announced this year's lineup for the Spring Riverside Plaza Concert Series in Medford Square. Grab food from Medford Square's restaurants and enjoy the music of popular local acts.
The inaugural concert, slated for Tuesday, April 30, has been postponed to May 21 due to weather. See below for upcoming performances:
Friday, May 10th from 6:30 – 8:00 PM: Luke DeRoy: This concert will feature the folk-soul styles of singer-songwriter and Berklee College of Music graduate Luke Deroy.

Tuesday, May 14th from 12:00 – 1:30 PM: Laura Vecchione & Raleigh Green: Local Boston-musician Laura Vecchione will impress the audience with her strong, bluesy vocal delivery as she presents original folk and Americana songs backed by versatile Medford resident and guitarist Raleigh Greene.
Tuesday, May 21st from 12:00 – 1:30 PM: Jason and Jacob Sibi-Okumu: This concert will feature the soulful melodies and lyrics of two brothers – graduates of Berklee College of Music raised in Nairobi, Kenya.

Friday, May 31st from 6:30 – 8:00 PM: Lisa Bastoni & Sean Staples: Lisa Bastoni and Sean Staples join forces to share their Americana and folk music. Lisa Bastoni has opened for artists such as Lori McKenna, Regina Spektor, and Arlo Guthry. Sean Staples has won 3 Boston Music Awards and produced and appeared in dozens of recordings.
The plaza is located in Medford Square at the intersection or Riverside Ave. and River St. across from CVS. All concerts are free and open to all. Seating is limited, so attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
