Medford's 2015 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

Before the kids go out trick-or-treating on Halloween, it’s a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood.

Medford has five Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

David M. Baxter, 46, lives at 408 Main Street and works at 509 High Street. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on 14 different occasions between 1994 and 2003.

Christopher Bradshaw, 29, lives at 122 Gaston Street. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery in 2012.

Francis L. Dicecca, 48, lives at 260 Lawrence Road, Medford. Convicted of two counts of rape in 1994, one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1994, one count of assault with intent to commit rape in 1994 and two counts of rape in 1995.

Artico T. Scott, 41, has an address at 79 Harvard Ave., Medford. Convicted of three counts of rape and abuse of a child in 1996.

Dale J. Sestito, 33, works at 101 Hicks Ave., Medford. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1997.
