New Online Problem-Reporting Tool for Medford Residents
See a quality-of-life issue in town? A new tool will help you report it quickly and easily.
MEDFORD, MA - A new online tool allows Medford residents to easily report quality-of-life issues and request services.
With the SeeClickFix mobile app and web tools residents can send pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more to city staff.
“We are thrilled to bring a reliable and efficient program like SeeClickFix to the City of Medford,” Mayor Stephanie M. Burke said in the announcement. “SeeClickFix gives the citizens the ability to record the location of an issue, take a photograph, share a comment, and submit a concern to the city for a resolution. We now have a work order system that will improve operational efficiencies and long term planning.”

Residents can also see what others have posted and leave comments.
The SeeClickFix mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, citizens can send reports to the City of Medford’s website and seeclickfix.com.
