MEDFORD, MA — A popular Medford restaurant is on the market following the death of its owner. Moulton's Seafood Restaurant has been listed for $1.25 million, according to a post on the restaurant's Facebook page.

The business may already be closed, according to Boston Restaurant Talk, which first reported its listing. The sale will include the restaurant's liquor license, renovated bar and parking lot.

Moulton's started as a fish market in 1945 before it was sold and turned into a restaurant in the 1990s. Its longtime owner, Robert Darakjian, passed away in November at the age of 69.
