SANTA CLAUS is coming to town!

The Medford Kiwanis Club, The Boston Globe & The Medford Fire Dept will be bringing Santa Claus to Medford Neighborhoods Dec 20 @ 1pm

With his sleigh tuning up in the shop and the reindeer on bed rest for the big night, be on the lookout for a Medford Fire Truck driving SANTA CLAUS around Medford on Sunday December 20th, starting at 1pm. Peek out from your window or step out to the sidewalk (6 feet apart of course) to waive hello to Santa Claus!! GOT BELLS? Ring some JOY into Medford!

For over 30 years, Globe Santa has come to Medford, MA to pick up a donation from the members of The Medford Kiwanis Club. The members gather and everyone puts their personal donation in a gift box- last year the donation from the members of this club of 40 amounted to $5000.
December 20, 2020, GLOBE SANTA is coming to Medford Kiwanis Club again and they are bringing him to the children of Medford, MA in partnership with the Medford Fire Department. SANTA CLAUS, will be escorted around town on a Medford Fire Truck! Children and families are encouraged to step out onto the sidewalk and waive hello to Santa Claus as he drives by! Got Bells? Globe Santa was created in 1956 to deliver holiday gifts to local children in need. That year, Globe Santa collected $51,000 in donations to help 6,200 Greater Boston area families. The number of families requesting assistance has continued to grow. More than 1 million families and more than 3 million children have been served by Globe Santa during the past six decades. The good will of the community has always been Globe Santa's greatest strength. Neighbors helping neighbors; families helping families; generations joining together in a tradition shared throughout the Greater Boston community.

Down Forest Street

Right onto Lawrence Road

Right Onto Winthrop Street

Left onto Playstead Road

Right onto High Street
