Young Adult Author to Discuss Cyberbullying in Medford
Melissa Schorr, Boston Globe writer and author of "Identity Crisis" and "Dear Bully," will host a roundtable discussion for families.

MEDFORD, MA – A young adult writer and Boston area journalist is coming to Medford this week to speak on cyberbullying and how to navigate the social media landscape with teenage children.
Melissa Schorr, writer of the young adult books "Identity Crisis," "Dear Bully" and "Goy Crazy," and contributing editor of the Boston Globe Sunday Magazine, will host a roundtable discussion this Wednesday at the Medford Public Library.
Parents of teens grades 6 to 9 are welcome to attend the talk, which runs from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Magoun Room at the Medford Public Library. Families will have the opportunity to hear from experts and share tips on a number of topics, ranging from cyberbullying to sexting scandals to online predators.
