All-Star Sunday Returns
Melrose Little League Tradition returns June 6th after year-long hiatus
A Melrose classic is coming back. Melrose Little League announced the return of All-Star Sunday on Sunday June 6th. The all-day event at Lewis Monk field will feature All-Star games at the Federal Kid Pitch, Minors and Major levels as well as a Major League Home Run Derby. Additionally, the Hut will be open for full food service.
Festivities start at 10 a.m. with the Federal Kid Pitch All-Star Game. At 1 p.m. the Minors All-Star teams take the field. And at 3:30, Major League home run hitters will face off in a crowd favorite – the Home Run Derby. The Major League All-Star game will immediately follow the Derby. All events are free to attend for fans of all ages.
