Alleged Burglar Found 'Engaged in Sex Act' By Employees

Police said the man broke into Maxima Auto Sales and was using a computer in their offices.

Malden Police arrested an alleged burglar reportedly found "engaged in a sex act" on a computer in a Malden auto dealership last Thursday. 

Scott Malik Derek, 20, of Everett, was reportedly found by a Maxima Auto Sales employee as they investigated a "strange noise" from behind a closed door. 

Derek was not known to employees, Lt. Det. Marc Gatcomb said.

After an investigation, Derek was arrested for alleged breaking and entering daytime for a felony, as well as open and gross lewdness.
