Time for the launch of the Autumn contradances in Melrose! Come celebrate fall, dancing traditional New England square and contradances to live music in a relaxed community-oriented setting.
Third Saturdays each month we hold Contradances for the community in the Melrose UU Church - all dances taught, newcomers and sit-in musicians welcome, no partners necessary! Squares, circles, contra, English Country, Scandinavian, waltzes and more.
The band will be Nickolas Kaynor, Peter Butcher, Cammy Kaynor, a variety of sit-ins and Lia Kaynor (assistant dancing master).
