Harvest Ball Set for Saturday at Memorial Hall
Check out some of the activities and events going on Oct. 12-13 in the Melrose area.
Here is a sampling of activities and events going on in the Melrose area from Oct. 12-13:
1. The Harvest Ball, which benefits the Melrose Recreation Department Scholarship Fund, run from 8-11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at Memorial Hall, according to Mayor Rob Dolan's blog.
2. The Friends of the Middlesex Fells will be hosting the Dance in the Fells from 12-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at Wright Pond in Medford, according to an event posting on Melrose Patch.
3. The Jewelry Trunk Show is slated for noon Saturday, Oct. 12 at the Mystic Art Gallery, 14 Main St., Medford, according to an event posting on Melrose Patch.

5. Visit Melrose area yard sales.
