The victim called police at 10:43 p.m. that night to report the robbery. DeCroteau said the man was walking on Marvin Road near Franklin Street on Monday, Aug. 2 when the two robbers approached him. Both were described as being about 25 years old. One was described as black, approximately 5-foot-8 with a medium build, wearing a ball cap and a light t-shirt.

DeCroteau said the black man demanded money from the victim and showed what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun. The victim turn over the small amount of money that he had and the two robbers ran away towards Main Street.
