Melrose Level 3 Sex Offender Arrested Again
Tyler Jacquard, 34, was arrested after a woman said she saw him with his penis out watching young girls, the Salem News reported.
MELROSE, MA — A Level 3 sex offender from Melrose has been arrested on charges that he was watching young girls with his penis out at Lynnfield MarketStreet last weekend, according to the Salem News.
Tyler Jacquard, 34, who lives at 11 Beacon Place in Melrose, is being held on $50,000 bail for his latest arrest on charges of open and gross lewdness and indecent exposure. He was spotted last Saturday in his car watching girls estimated by the woman who found him to be about 13.
Jacquard has been arrested several times, including last year when police said he spent multiple days standing by a woman's Melrose apartment watching her as she walked her dog.

Jacquard was also arrested in 2018 for allegedly standing over a sleeping girl in her Endicott College dorm, also in 2018 for allegedly peering into the dorms at Wellesley College and in 2014 for allegedly masturbating in his car in Davis Square.
