Melrose Man Killed In ATV Crash

The 64-year-old man crashed Thursday night at the intersection of Upham Street and Wildwood Road.

MELROSE, MA — A 64-year-old Melrose man died after crashing an all-terrain vehicle late Thursday night at a Melrose intersection, according to Chief Mike Lyle and Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan.

Police and fire responded to the single-vehicle crash on Upham Street and Wildwood Road around 11 p.m.

The man, whose name was not released, was found with serious injuries. He later died at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. He was the lone occupant of the ATV.
