Melrose Missing Teen, Heroin Arrest and Needles: Police Log

On Saturday, July 16, on West Wyoming Ave. police summonsed Koikou Christian Kouadio, 41, of West Wyoming Avenue to court for a charge of violating a restraining order.

A caller reported an occupant doing drugs while parked in an SUV at 10 Brown St.
