Monday Essentials: Melrose Students on Winter Vacation This Week

Here are five things to know for Monday, Dec. 23 through Sunday, Dec. 29 in Melrose:

1. Students in Melrose will be off this week, as they are currently on Winter Vacation. They return to school on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014.

2. Melrose Laundry will be closing on Christmas Eve at 6 p.m. and closed on Christmas Day, according to owner Kostas Romneos. 

3. Pepperberry Florist & Gift Shop will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve, according to owner John DeCola.

4. CruiseOne Melrose will be open on Christmas Eve from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to a post on Melrose Patch from the business.
