Since the beginning of last week, two homes with asking prices of more than $1 million have become available in Melrose.

MELROSE, MA — The Melrose real estate market is still going strong. Two homes hit the market with asking prices of more than $1 million since the start of last week.

The home at 24 South Cedar St. went up for sale May 28 for $1.15 million. Here's some of what realtor.com has to say:
