Pair Of $1 Million Melrose Homes Hit The Market

MELROSE, MA — The Melrose real estate market is still going strong. Two homes hit the market with asking prices of more than $1 million since the start of last week.

The home at 24 South Cedar St. went up for sale May 28 for $1.15 million. Here's some of what realtor.com has to say:

The home at 478 Swains Pond Ave. hit the market May 29 for $1.049 million. According to realtor.com, the home was sold last October for less than half what it's going for now. Here's some of what realtor.com has to say:
