Report Of Human Hand At Swains Pond Ends Up Being Fish Bait
There was no danger or threat in the area. No human remains were found.
MELROSE, MA — There is no danger or threat at Swains Pond after police were called for what was reported to be a human hand — and ended up being a piece of fish bait.
The Medical Examiner's Office was called, but it was precautionary. There were no human remains found.
The scene has been cleared.
