Slumbrew Opening Beer Garden at Assembly Row
The beer garden is scheduled to fully open on Saturday, Aug. 2.
Somerville Brewing Company, aka Slumbrew, is opening a beer garden at Somerville’s Assembly Row, the development announced this weekend.
The beer garden will be named American Fresh Taproom and go in the development’s SOMBLOX area, a new area that will be made up of four renovated shipping containers and house two other local businesses as well. It's expected to fully open Saturday, Aug. 2.
SOMBLOX will be at the corner of Grand View Boulevard and Canal Street, across from Saks OFF 5TH. The shipping containers are meant to be a nod to the area’s industrial past, according to a release from the development.
