Stoneham Man Arrested After Motor Vehicle Stop in Melrose

At 8:13 p.m. Sept. 15, Melrose Police made a motor vehicle stop in the Main and Lebanon Streets area. Keith Sheridan, 32, of 8 Bancroft Place, Stoneham, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Sept. 13

2:28 p.m.: Grove Street at Burnett Street, report of a disabled vehicle. A Toyota 4Runner reportedly had a broken axle and broke down in the roadway. A 28-year-old Lynn man was summonsed on a charge of unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

3:05 p.m.: Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at West Wyoming Avenue and Corey Street. A 53-year-old Melrose man was summonsed on charges of unlicensed operation of a vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

4:09 p.m.: A Hemenway Avenue resident visited the police station to report someone using her bank account without permission.

11:54 p.m.: Tappan and Maple Streets area, report of four men fighting. No arrests logged.

Sept. 14

10:32 a.m.: Porter Street, report of possible computer fraud.
