'The Secret Life of a Massachusetts Teen' Comes to Melrose Middle School
Check out five things going on in Melrose on Tuesday, Sept. 24.

Here are five things to know for Tuesday, Sept. 24 in Melrose:
1. “The Secret Life of a Massachusetts Teen” presentation by mental health counselor Jon Mattleman kicks off at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School Auditorium, according to Mayor Rob Dolan's blog. The event, sponsored by the Melrose High School PTO, is free to attend.
2. The Milano Senior Center will be showing "Paths of Glory" at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, according to Mayor Rob Dolan's blog. The senior center asks for a $1 donation or one canned good for the food pantry, and to make a reservation call 781-662-6886.
3. Second graders from Roosevelt Elementary School will be visiting Melrose Public Library from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday in the Meeting Room, according to the library website.
4. The Tasty Books for Hungry Readers book club meets from 7:30-8:45 p.m. Tuesday in the Meeting Room at Melrose Public Library, according to the library website.
5. The Melrose School Committee meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Aldermanic Chamber at City Hall, according to the city website.
