At 11:05 a.m. Aug. 26, Melrose Police responded to Melrose High School on Lynn Fells Parkway for a report of DPW trailer struck by a vehicle. No tows or transports logged.

Aug. 27

10:59 a.m.: Boston Rock Road, report of wallet stolen from a vehicle overnight.

11:48 a.m.: Melrose High School on Lynn Fells Parkway, report of a harassment order violation. A 17-year-old Melrosian was summonsed on a charge of violating a harassment prevention order.

7:21 p.m.: Summer Street, report of vandalism to a vehicle.

10:29 p.m.: Porter Street area, report of a vehicular accident.

Aug. 28

9:08 a.m.: Lynn Fells Parkway at Elm Street, report of a woman yelling that she wanted to get out of a red vehicle driven by a man. The vehicle reportedly made a right turn onto Lynn Fells Parkway, but police were unable to locate it.

2:35 p.m.: Lynn Fells Parkway at Tremont Street, report of a vehicular accident. State Police were on scene.

3:23 p.m.: Walk-in report of bicycle stolen from Mount Vernon Avenue.

4:53 p.m.: East Foster Street, report of a solicitor attempting to sell a woman a home security system. Police could not locate the solicitor.
