According to data compiled by the Boston Globe, median home prices in Milton have seen 10.53 percent between 2005 and 2014. Since 2011, median prices are up 17.58 percent.

In 2005, the median home price in Milton was $475,000, before dipping to $446,500 in 2011. The median price increased to $525,000 last year.
