4 Teens In Natick Hospitalized For Suspected Mushroom Use: Report
Hallucinogens, such as "magic mushrooms," are considered a Class C substance and are illegal, according to state law.
NATICK, MA βFour teens found incapacitated near Morses Pond were hospitalized Friday night after using drugs suspected to be psychedelic mushrooms, the Metro West Daily News reported.
Police told the newspaper that the four teens were located by police after a resident noticed suspicious activity in the woods on Border Road in Natick.
It's not clear if the teens will face any charges.

Hallucinogens, such as "magic mushrooms," are considered a Class C substance and are illegal, according to state law.
Some kinds of mushrooms contain psilocybin and psilocyn, substances that can cause hallucinations. Used in large enough doses, they can have effects similar to the drug LSD, KidsHealth.org reports.
