NATICK, MA β€” Enjoying a cold beer while sitting on an outdoor patio is one of the great pleasures of a sunny, late-spring day in New England. And as of right now, you're actually allowed to do it.

When phase 2 began on June 8, breweries across the state were allowed to reopen outdoor seating areas for patrons. Over the weekend, many local brewers threw open their doors for the first time in months (if we're missing one, email neal.mcnamara@patch.com with updates).

Here are local breweries between MetroWest and the Worcester area that are open right now for you to enjoy. If you go, remember to wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.
