Natick Replacing Defective Blue Trash Bags

If residents find any quality issues regarding the Pay-as-you-Through (PAYT) blue bags, please call the Department of Public Works at 508-647-6550 or the bag vendor directly at 800-866-3954. Residents may also email PAYT-Bag@natickma.org to report issues.

Defective bags are replaced at no charge and the bag manufacturer is notified. Providing a description of the possible defects and the lot number printed on the side of the bag helps diagnose potential issues more timely.
