Boston Man Nabbed on Felony OUI Charge in Natick
The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Natick Police Department on Jan. 25 resulted in the arrest of a Boston man.
According to the Natick police log, an officer on patrol on North Main Street pulled over a motorist at about 2:18 p.m.
After the officer completed an investigation, Tony Barroso Dias, 37, of 1 Park Lane, Apt. 418, was arrested and charged with:

- OUI liquor, third offense;
- Failure to move over when approaching stationary emergency vehicle;
- Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI.
According to dmv.org, if convicted, Dias faces:
- Felony charge.
- License suspension forΒ eight years.
- $1,000 - $15,000 fine.
- Possible jail time between 180 days and 2 Β½ years, or prison time between 2 Β½ years and 5 years. The judge can reduce the sentence to 150 days; otherwise, he isn'tΒ eligible for parole until he serves 150 days.
- Possible alcohol education program.
- Mandatory installation of an ignition interlock device.
- Possible vehicle registration revocation.
- A license reinstatement fee ranging from $50 to $1,200, depending on the specifics of the crime.
Dias was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Jan. 27.Β Β Β Β

Other arrests made by Natick officers on Jan. 25 include:
- Tevin Lennox Wilson, 21, of 12 Grandview St., Apt. 15, Framingham β Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation, speeding, and aΒ default warrant for suspended license and speeding charges;
- Christoper A. Cederman, 44, homeless β disorderly conduct;
- Nicholas R. Whitney, 31, of 157 Hartford St., Natick β receiving a stolen motor vehicle, and six default warrants. Warrants not specified in the report.
