Wednesday, May 15
1:04 a.m.: Natick Police pulled over a car near the intersection of Speen St. and Avon Ln. Brian Samuel Putnam, 23, of 2 Colonial Dr. Apt. 2, Framingham, was arrested and charged unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of a special regulation.
