Chicago Man Arrested After Soliciting, Teen Charged With Stealing Bag
The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Saturday, June 8
5:29 p.m.: A caller from Bank of America at the Natick Mall reported that a customer had left her bag in the lobby and when she returned it was no longer there. OnΒ Wednesday morning Hemza Hussein, 19, of 11 South St., Leicester, went into the Natick Police Department where he was arrested and charged with larceny over $250.

5:15 p.m.: A caller from Elliot Hill Road reported a male wearing a dark suit going door-to-door soliciting. An officer responded and arrested Dwight S. Jakes, 25, of 7639 South Saginaw St., Chicago Il. and charged him with failure to register as a solicitor.

4:51 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Speen Street at West Central Street and arrested Carlos Roberto Castillo, 51, of 46 Johnson St., Apt. B, Framingham, on charges of unlicensed operation and warrant charges of operating an uninsured vehicle and operating with a suspended license.
