LETTER: 'It's Time The Town Stopped Patching And Started Paving These Streets'

"Some of the side streets in Natick have been patched so many times that the look like a patchwork quilts."

NATICK, MAβ€”Letter as submitted to Patch:

Dear Editor:
Some of the side streets in Natick have been patched so many times that the look like a patchwork quilts. The Town keeps filling in the old ruts with new asphalt. You can tell which are the new repair jobs by the different colors of gray. The unevenness of the road makes for a bumpy ride. Some of these streets are quite prominent like Lakeview Ave which is next to Saint Patrick's cemetery and Windsor Ave which is used to enter the Framingham/Natick Hebrew cemetery.
Why the Town keeps repairing these roads is a mystery to me because they are so well traveled. This has been going on for years, so it's time the Town stopped patching and started paving these streets.
