Lilja Students Take on BOKS Obstacle Course
As part of the before school fitness program, Lilja School students went through an obstacle course Wednesday morning.
Each morning many Lilja School students participate in BOKS, a before school fitness program that is designed to jump start kids' brains early in the morning so they're ready for class.
BOKS was founded in Natick by Kathleen Tullie, and it has since become sponsored by Reebok (hence the name BOKS) and spread all over the country.
On Wednesday parents and teachers involved with BOKS set up an obstacle course for the kids. Thanks to Paul Blankman, who shot this video and was nice enough to send us the YouTube link.
