Macy's Helps Catch Sunglass Thief

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges listed do not indicate convictions. Patch reports all arrests.

Friday, May 3

8:15 p.m.: Macy's loss prevention contacted the Natick Police Department to report that two pairs of sunglasses taken from Sunglass Hut were inside their store. Erin M. Fahey, 32, of 4 Capri Dr., Framingham, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250.

In addition, when Natick Police ran Fahey's name through the Criminal Justice Information System, they found that there was a default warrant for Fahey's arrest out of Bristol Superior Court, where she is facing charges for robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and larceny over $250.

Sunday, May 5

1:54 a.m.: An officer pulled over a car near St. Linus Catholic Church after observing the vehicle cross over lanes. Isma Mugenyi, 24, of 400 Hollis St. Apt. 2, Framingham, was arrested on a default warrant out of Dedham District Court, where the charges are unregistered/uninsured and motor vehicle registration suspended. The car was towed.

In addition, additional charges and citations were unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and failure to notify the RMV of a name/address change.

7:09 p.m.: Police stopped a car near the intersection of Mill St. and Philip J. Lucier Dr. William Anthony Correa, 25, of 223 Irving St. Apt. 2, Framingham, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and no inspection/sticker.
