Man In Bathing Suit, Dress Shoes Busted For OUI: Natick Police

The reason the man told police her had no pants in the cold weather? 'I'm not going to lie; I [urinated] myself.'

NATICK, MA β€” Even though it was a particularly cold, fall night, a man pulled over for a driving violation explained why he was driving in a T-shirt, dress shoes and a bathing suit.

"I'm not going to lie; I [urinated] myself," he told police during the stop.

On Oct. 15 around 2:05 a.m., police pulled over Dhiego Ferreira, 30, of Boston, who was allegedly heading the wrong direction on West Street in Natick. Ferreira said he was lost driving from a club in Framingham and headed back to Boston. Police said he smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. According to police, Ferreira admitted to drinking and was shivering, and handed officers the jeans to show he had urinated in them.

Ferreira was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, driving without a license, a marked lanes violation and two default warrants.
