Natick Company Makes Globe 100

Cognex Corp., a company headquartered in Natick that develops and manufactures machine vision and industrial ID systems, has been named to the Boston Globe 100, a list of publicly traded Massachusetts companies ranked by composite score.

Cognex came in at number 69 on the list after taking in over $324 million in revenue in 2012 with more than $68 million in net income.

Cognex is traded on NASDAQ (stock symbol CGNX).
