Natick Man Charged With Rape, Assault: Grand Jury Indictments
One Natick-related grand jury indictment was handed down in the latest released by the Middlesex DA.
NATICK, MA—Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday the grand jury indictments handed down between Aug. 14 to Sept. 20.
One Natick case was included:
Andrew Dell, 60, of Natick, was charged with rape, assault with intent to rape, indecent assault and battery (2 counts), and assault and battery on a household or family member (two counts).

According to the Middlesex DA's office, Dell allegedly sexually assaulted a woman he knows in Natick. He was arraigned on Aug. 29, and on Sept. 19 posted $20,000 cash bail with conditions of GPS house arrest with allowance out of the house only for work, medical and legal appointments. Dell also was prohibited with any contact with the victim. Dell was determined to be dangerous on Sept. 18.
Dell appears in court next on May 30, 2019.
