Natick Senior Center Gets $5K Grant For Seniors

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank recently sent the grant to the senior center.

FRAMINGHAM, MASSACHUSETTS, January 29, 2020 … Robert P. Lamprey, chairman of the MutualOne Charitable Foundation, announced that the Foundation has awarded $5,000 to Friends of Natick Senior Center to support the organization’s programs and activities.

β€œWe are pleased to support the Friends’ efforts to provide funds for programs and activities to perpetuate the dignity and well-being of seniors in our community,” said Lamprey.

The $5,000 grant to the Friends of Natick Senior Center was among awards totaling $138,910 in the MutualOne Charitable Foundation’s most recent round of funding.

Established in 1998 as the philanthropic arm of MutualOne Bank, the MutualOne Charitable Foundation has since donated over $4.6 million to charitable, educational, and civic initiatives that improve and enrich the quality of life in Framingham, Natick, and surrounding communities.
