Natick Woman Cited After Hitting Bicyclist, Fleeing Scene

An unnamed Natick woman was cited for leaving the scene of a crash after she reportedly hit a bicyclist in Newton Monday morning.

According to Boston.com the crash occurred around 6:45 a.m. when the driver failed to yield to the 55-year-old man who was on his bicycle.

The woman reportedly stopped at the Boston College Police Department and said she had hit a tree branch, when she had actually hit the bicyclist.
