Natick's Top 5 Fastest Men And Women: Boston 2019 Results

NATICK, MA — This year some 61 Natick residents signed up to run the 26.2 miles of the Boston Marathon. But how'd they do in this crazy weather? They're all heroes in our book, but the top finishers deserve a little extra recognition.

Leslie Gilleo, 40, gets the distinction of being Natick's fastest Boston Marathoner for 2019. She ran the race in 3:25:33. That's a pace of about 7:51 per mile, for 26.2 miles.

The fastest man was Craig Macfarlane with a time of 3:28:13. That's a pace of about 7:57 per mile, for 26.2 miles.
