New National Merit Winners In Natick, Worcester, Lincoln-Sudbury
The National Merit Scholarship Corporation awarded $2,500 scholarships to students from around Massachusetts on May 13.
NATICK, MA β The National Merit Scholarship Corporation this week announced a new round of scholarship winners. Dozens of students from across the state earned $2,500 awards, including students from Worcester, Natick, and Lincoln-Sudbury High School.
The winners of the one-time scholarships were chosen by a panel including high school counselors and college admissions specialist. The winners come from a pool of 15,000 semifinalists that were chosen earlier this year.
Last month, the National Merit Corporation announced a round of corporate scholarship winners. Those awards were sponsored by companies, and went to students across the state, including in Natick and Wayland.
