When Does Memorial Beach Open?

With the possibility of the first heat wave of the year beginning today, it may be time to head to the beach soon.

Memorial Beach will open for the first time this year on Saturday, June 15, according to Natick Recreation and Parks. Weekend hours will be 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., while the beach will be open from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. during the weekdays.

Beginning on June 26, the weekday hours will move to full-time, which will be 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Beach tags are available at the Cole Center until June 14. The cost is as follows:

• Seniors $15
• Child (2-17) $20
