Woman Charged With using Phone Cord During Assault

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. Patch reports all arrests

Friday, May 31

3:22 p.m.: A caller from Millbrook Road requested assistance with a medical emergency. Upon arrival officers spoke with Michael G. Simmons, 47, of 76 Draper St., Apt. 2, Dorchester and arrested him on warrant charges of breaking and entering and trespassing.

10:34 a.m.: While conducting a traffic stop near the Natick Elks Lodge and officer arrested Matthew James Nelson, 31, of 26 North Main St., Apt, 3 on charges of operating with a suspended license.

2:49 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle near 7-Eleven on West Central Street and arrested Otto Gomez, 24, of 153 Second St., Apt. 164, Framingham. Gomez was charged with unlicensed operation and an outstanding warrant charge.

4:48 a.m.: A caller reported to the Framingham Police Department that he had been involved in a domestic dispute at the Monticello Motel. Officers investigated the incident and arrested Christina Marie Honte, 21, of 120 North St., Apt. 1, Salem, on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (phone cord). Jonathan L. Hinote, 21, of 120 North St, Apt. F1, Salem was also arrested at the scene on warrant charges.
