Public Health Department nurses conduct health and wellness clinics Monday- Thursday from 8:00- 9:30 am at the Town Hall, 2nd floor of the Town Hall.
We are accessible from the side entrance, with elevator access.
These clinics are open to all Needham residents and include the following services:
Blood pressure screening,
B12 injections – with prescription from Doctor
Other immunizations, with a doctor’s prescription
Assessment and referral to other medical providers
No appointment is necessary and there is no fee for this service.
