The neighborhood south of 128 in Needham has a new name--in January of this year, it was dubbed 'Needham Crossing.'
Now it needs a new look.
The Needham Council of Economic Advisors (CEA) is trying to design a logo to capture the town's business district--and they are looking for some input. There are a few logos already at the Director of Economic Development's office.

The Council is also holding a public hearing to seek input on this logo question, on Wednesday October 2 at 8 a.m. Anyone with suggestions on how to brand the new neighborhood can bring them to the meeting.
In hopes of drumming up more interest in the area, the CEA has arranged a few zoning changes in the area. This business park will be the home of TripAdvisor, which the Board of Selectmen and Town Meeting both voted to welcome with a tax increment financing plan.
