Needham Baseball Wins D1 South Title
Needham will face either Boston Latin or Lowell in the state semi-final Tuesday night at a location to be determined.
NEEDHAM, MA — The Needham High School baseball team has some new hardware for their trophy case.
The Rockets beat Bay State Conference foe Wellesley 11-8 at Memorial Stadium in Rockland Saturday to win their first MIAA Division 1 South Sectional Championship. Needham will face either Boston Latin or Lowell in the state semi-final Tuesday night at a location to be determined.

The win improves Needham's record to 16-8.
