Needham to Discuss Proposed Changes to Building Permit Fees

Needham, MA -- The Needham Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing regarding proposed changes to the amount and structure of Building Department permit fees. The Board is considering a recommendation to convert the fee structure to a cost per thousand formula from the existing formula which is based on a square footage calculation.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Needham Town Hall, at 1471 Highland Avenue. Information about the recommendation changes may be viewed by clicking here.

The Board of Selectmen invites all residents and interested parties to attend and provide input regarding the proposed change to the Building Department permit fee structure.
